Questions people ask before they call

If yours is not here, the fastest answer is still the phone.

Smiling customer talking on the phone in a bright office
Do you come to my home or office?

Yes. We make onsite visits across Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler, Tempe, Scottsdale, Phoenix and the surrounding area. For quick fixes we can connect remotely, and for bigger repairs we take the machine back to our shop, then reinstall and test it at your place.

How quickly can you help?

Same-day and next-day service is available, and many repairs are finished within a day. For emergencies, the phone is answered around the clock, including evenings, weekends and Sundays.

Do you work on Macs and Linux, or only Windows?

All three. We repair and support Windows PCs, Macs and Linux systems, from every major brand as well as custom builds.

What does data recovery cost?

The first assessment is free. We tell you what is recoverable and what it will cost before any work begins, and recovery runs on a no data, no charge basis.

What is a managed service plan?

A flat monthly arrangement where we watch over your computers and network all the time: monitoring, updates, security, backups and a help desk you can reach 24/7. There are three levels, for home users, small businesses and larger companies. Compare the plans.

Can you help if I am outside the Phoenix area?

Yes. Remote support and managed service plans are available to clients anywhere in the country. Onsite visits are for the East Valley, Phoenix and the North Valley.
